Very friendly reception. Hotel is a bit tired, but the size of the first room we stayed was very good. can be noisy if you needed to open the window. Mattresses need to be changed since the single bed I slept in was uncomfortable. We needed an early breakfast but they dont do early on bank holidays and weekends.Bit more cleaning inside the shower doors would be nice. Second night we had loft converted room which was fine but I would have liked the price for room only reduced. They did give me internet price when I called for the second night booking which was very nice.
Noise. stairs very narrow with bags but assume not much you could do with that.. Late breakfast on weekends and bank holidays. Bigger kettle in room 11 please.

Perfect place, clean, good value. An electric kettle, central heating and iron/ironing board in the room, magnificent and amazing location. Efficient service from the courteous, extremely great staff members.

The bathroom in the room was a little grubby not as clean as I would have expected.
